Returns & Exchange Policy :
We take great pride in our products, for their quality and the excellent value they offer. But More than anything, we value our relationship with you. However if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. You can send the product to our registered address:Infiniti Inc

The products that you wish to return, for a refund or exchange should be in their original packaging, with the tags intact and in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by the customer.
We request you to use a reputed logistics company for sending any returns to us. It would be preferable to insure the package as we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during return shipment.
Refunds :
If you have used the PayuMoney payment gateway while placing your order, a 5% deduction shall be made on the order value. This is the non-refundable commission that the payment gateway charges us. The refund amount (order value - 5% deduction) will be credited to your chosen bank account within 7 business days after inspection of the returned items at our warehouse.If you have made the payment directly into our account though Internet banking (i.e. without using the payumoney payment gateway), there will not be any deduction. The refund shall be made to your bank account within 7 business days after inspection of the returned items at our dispatch centre.
Please note that there will not be Cash refunds.
Exchanges :
In case you opt for an exchange because of incorrect size, the customer should return the incorrect product to us within 15 days from the date of delivery, with the proof of purchase. If we think the reason is genuine and the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition, we would be more than happy to help the customer with the a different size in the same product, provided the size required by the customer is available in stock. There will be no deduction, but a reshipment fee will be charged.In case you opt for an exchange in return to any other product, there will be no deduction, but a reshipment fee will be charged. You can pick any product/s for an equivalent amount.
Domestic Shipping
INFINITI INC works with various logistics partners (currently) to offer you the best rate for shipping. The shipping charges are inclusive of the cost of packaging material & handling, and are calculated on the basis of the chargeable weight (higher of volumetric and actual gross weight) of your order. If you have placed an order for multiple items and there is any discount in the shipping charges, we will pass on the savings to you after informing you.
The purchase confirmation email sent to you on successful completion of the purchase is not considered to be an endorsement for a time sensitive delivery. We always try our best to get the orders shipped as soon as possible.
Our logistics partners will make 2 attempts to deliver the package at your shipping address. If both the attempts fail, the package is returned to us. The return shipment costs will be charged to you.
If you receive any damaged shipment with items missing (unless it is a partial shipment), please do not accept the package and call us immediately to report the issue. Take pictures of the consignment, make a note of the damage and/or missing items on the AWB/paper, and get the delivery person to sign off on the same. This is evidence required to raise a request for replacement/reimbursement from the logistics partner. It is very important for you to keep the packaging materials that the shipment arrived in as our logistics partners will not honour any claim if the shipping materials have been discarded. Once we receive the pictures, and the scan of the signed AWB/paper mentioning the damage and/or missing items, we will settle the claim directly with our logistics partner. Your replacement shipment will be on its way as soon as possible.
In case you received the wrong product or an item that you did not order for, please email or call us and INFINITI INC will arrange a pickup through our logistics partners. Your replacement shipment will be on its way as soon as possible.
Orders for in-stock items placed before 10:00 AM usually ship the same business day. Orders received after cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Orders may take up to 24 hours to be processed, not counting Sundays and holidays. Entire order will be shipped together, if possible. However, we do send partial shipments to help get your available in-stock merchandise to you as soon as possible. For backordered items, we will get in touch with you by phone and email to give you the expected delivery date.
The standard delivery time is 2-7 business days via air/surface through our logistics partners. However, it may take longer than 7 business days for some remote areas. In case you are in a hurry, call us or send us an email at [email protected] to check if we can offer expedited shipping.
However, we cannot promise delivery as per expected timelines due to things outside of our control. You will be notified through email once the order has been dispatched. You can then track your order using the AWB number on our logistics partners’ websites.

Repair Policy
The repair policy covers only those products that are not under warranty. If you have any problem with a product that is still under warranty, please refer to the warranty section here.If any product that you have purchased from Infinitigears.com sustains accidental damage, we will help you repair your product as per the brand guidelines below. INFINITI INC or its partners will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the items during the transit.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear or accidents will be done at a reasonable charge. Following are the steps for the same:
- Send an email with pictures of the damaged areas, so that we can determine if the bag can be repaired or not.
- If it can be repaired, you can send the product to us for a proper inspection. The shipment costs have to borne by you.
- Post inspection our team will send the quote for the same.
- Once we receive confirmation of acceptance basis the charges, our repair team will proceed on the same and try to get the bag back to you as soon as possible. The shipment cost for the same to be borne by you.
The whole process typically takes about 15 days, but could be longer during peak season.
Warranty
One of our core values is customer satisfaction and Quality. As a sign of commitment to our customers, we at INFINITI INC provide a warranty on every item we sell. The warranty is six months from date of purchase. The stated warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover any damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations/repairs, accidental damage, or the natural wear and tear of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, fabric abrasion, etc.). The tax invoice of the product issued by an authorized reseller/dealer MUST accompany the warranty claim. You may approach the reseller or dealer for assistance or e-mail us directly at [email protected]. Claims without valid invoices will not be entertained. This warranty also excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property. Please note that the warranty applies only to the original customer. Our aim is to examine each claim on an individual basis and work with the customer towards resolving the claim in a mutually satisfactory manner.Any item that is found to be damaged or faulty within 10 days of it arriving with the customer will be directly replaced once the item in question has been returned to us. The charges to return the product to us will be borne by INFINITI INC. Should a product develop a fault and become defective outside of the first 10 days of receipt of goods and is still under warranty, the item will need to be returned to us by the customer at their own expense.
Before sending the item to us for warranty claim, you need to send the following details at [email protected] along with a scanned copy of Proof of Purchase/Invoice Copy to get the Warranty Request Number (WRN) (we will send it to you within 48 hours). This number should be prominently mentioned on the package. Details to be mentioned in the email are as follows.
- Name Of Customer
- Date of Purchase
- Description of Fault in the product along with images
- Scanned copy of Invoice/Bill/ Proof of Purchase
